Each Container, In Detail

15-Yard “Heavy Lifter” — $429

Includes up to 1 ton at no charge. The dense-material specialist: dirt, concrete, sod, and small cleanouts — low 3-foot walls, easiest hand-loading of any box we carry. Full specs and project fit →

20-Yard “Weekend Warrior” — $489

Includes up to 1.5 tons at no charge. The default box: whole-home cleanouts, renovations, estates, and standard roofing tear-offs. Our most-rented container. Full specs and project fit →

30-Yard “Professional’s Choice” — $549

Includes up to 2 tons at no charge — the biggest allowance we carry. Volume work: demo, new construction, layered roofs, warehouse clear-outs, swap-out cadences. Full specs and project fit →
Additional tonnage bills identically on all three: $75/ton for construction waste, $125/ton for general/mixed trash — construction waste is building material: wood, carpet, insulation, shingles, cabinets, sinks, toilets, drywall, and demo debris — weighed on the truck’s certified scale at pickup: actual weight, never a driveway estimate. Clean concrete, dirt, and organic material loads at the $200 flat rate per load (up to 15 tons) — the full rate math lives on the concrete & dirt disposal page.

The Customer’s Choice — Pick Any Size, Pay the Weight

$300 for drop-off and haul — your choice of the 15, 20, or 30-yard — then dump fees at the material rates, no tonnage included. The trade: standard rentals pre-pay 1–2 tons so there’s no scale-day surprise. The Customer’s Choice usually totals less, and suits bulky-but-light loads and heavy clean loads best. Contractors and corporate accounts run this model exclusively. 15 days standard, same as every rental.

Material rates (both options, all sizes):

  • general/mixed trash $125/ton
  • construction waste — wood, carpet, insulation, shingles, cabinets, sinks, toilets, drywall, demo debris — $75/ton
  • clean concrete or dirt $200 per load, up to 15 tons
  • organics (brush, leaves, logs) $200 per load, up to 15 tons
Quick rule: if it came out of a wall, floor, or roof, it’s construction waste; if it came out of a closet or basement shelf, it’s general trash. Flat vs. per-ton is your choice upfront at booking — loading clean concrete? Take the $200 flat and fill to 15 tons. Light mixed load? Per-ton. Your call, locked when you book.

Pricing FAQs

Yes — drop, pickup, and the 15-day rental window are all in the base price. The only variables are tonnage over the included allowance ($75–$125/ton by material) and extension days ($10/day) beyond 15. Delivery and pickup run seven days a week with evening windows — no weekend or evening surcharge, ever. Start a booking with any container.

The truck’s certified scale weighs the load at disposal; the included tonnage comes off, and the balance bills at the material rate — $75/ton construction waste, $125/ton general/mixed. You’re charged for what the load truly weighed — we can tell you the number the same day.

Keep it a clean, separate stream and it loads at the $200 flat rate per load (up to 15 tons) instead of per-ton overage — call ahead and we’ll mark the bin for maximum safe levels at the same time. Or book it as The Customer’s Choice with the clean flat rate: $300 for the container plus $200 per load, clean streams only.

City and county permit fees (where street placement requires one) are charged by the jurisdiction, not added by us — the permit guide covers every rule and fee across our three counties, and driveway placement needs no permit anywhere we serve.
